On Zweka, paying is not the same as finishing the trade. After you pay, money is held. The seller (or rider) only gets paid when your Accept code is entered — usually after you have inspected the item at meetup or delivery.
When the code appears
- You pay in-app.
- The seller marks the item on the way, then arrived.
- Your Accept code unlocks on the order.
- You check the item. If it matches the listing, you share the code.
- The seller enters it — that Completes Accept and starts payout.

Never share early
Sharing the code before you have the item is like signing a receipt for an empty box. If something is wrong, Reject instead — that opens a dispute while funds stay held. See disputes policy and Help.
Seller tip
Ask for the code only at handover. If the buyer has the goods but will not Accept, use the in-app goods-received claim path after arrived — do not chase transfers off-platform.
