Pre-order on Zweka is for items that are coming — not imaginary stock. Sellers set a ready date; buyers pay in-app; money stays held until stock is ready and handover is Accepted.

For sellers

  1. Verify and open Sell.
  2. Choose pre-order mode and an honest ready date.
  3. Update buyers if the date slips (once, with care).
  4. Mark stock ready, then complete handover like any paid order.

Mode overview: swap, sell, auction or giveaway (pre-order sits alongside those deal shapes).

For buyers

  • Read the ready date before you pay.
  • Prefer clear photos of the exact model.
  • When stock is ready, inspect, then share the Accept code.
  • If the ETA is missed past grace, check the order for cancel/refund options and Help.

Why held payment still matters

Pre-order without held funds is just a hopeful transfer. Zweka keeps the charge tied to delivery confirmation. Background: held payment.
